The Strategic Team is responsible for the overall leadership of the church and makes strategy recommendations to the Board of Directors.

The Community Engagement Team is responsible for worship, care ministries, missions (local, national, and international), and communications.

The Operations Team includes Facilities, Administration and Accounting, Technology and Self Supporting Ministries (Food Service and CrossWalk Bookstore).

The LIFEjourney and Next Generation Team includes all adult and kids related activities birth through college including small groups, membership classes, and the school.
