Bible 101

Where the journey begins ...

Bible 101 is a course for both beginners and those who have read the Bible. The 10-week course covers all 66 books of the Bible incorporating additional historical and geographical elements that will help the student put the Bible into context. Key scripture passages will also be included as well as other information of interest including:

  • What did Jesus’ Bible look like?
  • Reasons behind the Great Flood
  • What is the Biblical connection between Jews, Christians and Muslims?
  • Connections between OT Exodus and the NT Gospels
  • Who were the Samaritans?
  • What happened to the Ark of the Covenant?
  • God parted water twice? Where?
  • What are the books of the Apocrypha?
  • And more

While you can join this study at anytime, it is best to join by week 3 and to complete weeks 1 and 2 on your own.  Much of the information covered in these weeks from the Old Testament lay an important foundation as we study the New Testament.
