Volunteer Staff

Safety is a high priority in Next Generation Ministries. Our ministry is staffed by a great team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to sharing God’s love to kids of all ages. Our Next Generation volunteers go through an application process that includes a background check, interview, and child protection training.

Child to Adult Ratios:
We strive to create an environment which is both fun and safe for children as well as volunteers. In our nursery, our ratios are as follows: One adult for two infants, one adult for four toddlers, one adult for six two year olds, and one adult for 8 three year olds. In our Preschool and Elementary groups our children are divided up into small groups consisting of five to six children per small group leader.
